Debut album from ŌFFKILTR flagship artists Clouds in a Headlock. The soundscapes by production team Runway 45 are anchored in a rugged, yet ethereal aesthetic, weaving tapestries for the three emcees Èph, Doctor Outer, and Lovecraft to paint vivid imagery. Lyrically the Clouds are somewhere between early Souls of Mischief, Company Flow, and the poetry of Arthur Rimbaud. Breakfast in Phantasia takes the listener into a maze of gritty psychedelic loops and ninja-level wordplay.
